A gift card is an electronic goods voucher. Gift cards can only be purchased and used to purchase goods in TK Maxx stores in Poland.
A gift card is not a payment card or electronic payment instrument. We do not accept card returns or refund their value.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
If the price of the product exceeds the value of the card, the difference can be paid in cash or another payment method accepted in TK Maxx stores.
If the price of the product is lower than the value of the Gift Card, TK Maxx will not give the change in cash. The remaining card balance will remain available for use on subsequent purchases. No more than five cards can be used for one transaction.
We offer two types of cards, the so-called open cards can be topped up to a maximum value of PLN 999.99 and used whenever the balance is positive. However, cards with a specific value have a fixed value at the time of purchase of the card and cannot be topped up. If you're not sure what type of card you have, ask the store.
Gift cards have an indefinite validity period.
TK Maxx will not activate or issue duplicates of a canceled card. The holder of the Gift Card is responsible for its security, and duplicates are not issued in the event of theft or loss.
