Lycamobile services are prepaid: you top up in advance so your account has credit, and any charges are deducted from that credit. You don't receive a bill or invoice, and you can check your balance at any time by calling customer service. Your rights under sections 45i and 45j of the German Telecommunications Act (TKG) are not affected.
