1. The Jingdong E-card can be used together with coupons (Dong coupons, Jing coupons) and does not conflict with Jingdong full-reduction promotions. It cannot be used at the same time as a Jingdong Card.
2. A maximum of 49 Jingdong E-cards can be used for each order. In case of any remaining balance, the customer will need to use other payment methods to pay. The Jingdong E-card has no minimum purchase amount; you only need to use it within the validity period.
3. In case of returns, the refund amount is refunded to the gift card in your account and the remaining amount can be used for the next purchase; please be sure to bind the card to your account.
4. If the Jingdong E-card is used as part of the payment, a zero invoice can be assured, but it cannot be repaid. When you pay for a 115 yuan item using a 100 yuan Jingdong E-card, the invoice amount is 15 yuan. If you use the gift card for the whole amount, you can request Jingdong to issue a 0 yuan warranty invoice after the product arrives, without compromising any after-sales services.
5. Purchase restriction: the Jingdong E-card can only be used to purchase self-operated products of Jingdong Online Mall (self-operated goods are products whose details page is clearly marked as coming from a Jingdong warehouse, shipped out by Jingdong, with the invoice provided by Jingdong). It cannot be used for self-operated publications (picture books), goods from third-party sellers, gold and silver investment, virtual products such as air tickets, lottery tickets, mobile phone recharge cards and game cards, group purchases, Duobao Island products, pre-sale items, sale items, investment items, JD International, JD Pharmacy, or any other items affected by government policies or restricted by law.
6. Please pay attention to Jingdong's inventory of the goods purchased and to the delivery of large items.
