3. Requests for expiration date extensions must be made by calling the inumber Customer Center (1644-5093). (Weekdays, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays)

1. After the initial expiration date: The recipient must call the inumber Customer Center (1644-5093) to request a refund. A 90% refund will be issued.
2. Refund requests for expired vouchers are only accepted within five years of the original issuance date.
