Please ensure latest version of Grab app is installed
Click on “Click to Redeem” button in green on the Mooments eGiftCard link, on your mobile phone
Click on “Redeem Your Gift”
Select a Grab service (Transport / Food / Mart / Express) of your choice and click on “Get Your Voucher”
Upon successful confirmation, voucher will be available in Offers/My Rewards section of the Grab app
To use your voucher
On Grab app home screen, click on a service of your choice
Enter the necessary details to place an order or to make a booking
Tap on Offer / Add an offer
Select the GrabGifts voucher you want to use and tap on Use Now / Apply
Review your booking details and place your order
Click on “Click to Redeem” button in green on the Mooments eGiftCard link, on your mobile phone
Click on “Redeem Your Gift”
Select a Grab service (Transport / Food / Mart / Express) of your choice and click on “Get Your Voucher”
