2. Vertical type and denomination breakdown for unwrapped e-vouchers are non-reversible.
3. E-Voucher cannot be applied to the Platform Fee or Small Order Fee (if applicable).
4. The e-voucher cannot be stacked with other promotions or discounts.
5. The e-voucher must be redeemed within the stipulated period.
6. No extension of validity allowed.
7. E-voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash/credit-in-kind.
8. Any unconsumed value shall be forfeited.
9. Grab reserves the right to vary and amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Valid on the latest Grab app version only.
