2. To use the e-Gift card in our stores, please scan the barcode during self-checkout or to present it to our cashiers in-store.
3. To use the e-Gift card on our website, please key in the 16 digit gift card codes and 4 digit pin code during checkout.
4. Payments can be made once or more until the E-Gift card value has been completely used, or until the card reaches the end of its validity period.
5. If the value of purchase exceeds the available balance on the gift card, you can make up the difference with another form of payment valid at Decathlon Indonesia.
6. E-gift cards can be used multiple times for a single purchase.
7. E-Gift Cards will expire 1 year after the issue date.
8. Decathlon reserves the right to exchange or refund the value of the E-gift card. Including the case of lost, stolen, damaged or expired before use.
9. E-gift cards cannot generate full tax invoices until they are used to purchase goods at Decathlon stores & online.
10. The card balance and validity date can be checked at our stores.
11. If Decathlon detects any fraudulent voucher usage or if it does not comply with the Decathlon policy, Decathlon is entitled to cancel transactions, withdraw discounts or cashback.
12. Decathlon has the full authority to adjust the voucher terms and conditions for the usage in accordance with the Decathlon policy.
