1. The voucher code can only be submitted on the Bahrain version of the Almosafer app or website. You must have the latest version of the Almosafer app to be able to use your Wallet.
2. The Wallet points can be redeemed across all Almosafer Bahrain omni-channel touchpoints including web, app, call centre, WhatsApp and across retail branches. The code is valid for one-time use only.
3. Duration of the code validity: 6 months. Earned Wallet points are valid for 6 months from the date the code is submitted.
4. Stay & travel period: Open with no blackout dates.
5. Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the Gift Card is stolen or lost, neither will a new Gift Card be issued nor will the money be reimbursed in any manner.
6. Almosafer reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion at its sole discretion. Other hotel, flight and Almosafer Wallet terms and conditions apply.

1. Sign in to your account on the Almosafer app or website and make sure it is verified.
2. On App: Go to the 'Add points to your Wallet' section under Wallet in 'Profile'.
3. On Web: Go to the 'Add & earn points' section under Wallet in 'My Account'.
4. Choose the option to use a Wallet points code and submit your unique voucher code.
5. You will receive the points in your Almosafer Wallet within 60 minutes of submission and can then redeem them on bookings.
