Alinea offers its customers the purchase of a gift card on the website from this page.
This card can then be used in an Alinea store or on the websiteAlinea
The amount loaded onto this card is freely chosen by the Customer, with a minimum of €10 and a maximum of €500 per card. The card is valid for one year from the date of purchase. The card is non-personal and can be used once or several times up to exhaustion of the loaded credit within the limit of its validity date. The card and its identification code will be sent by email immediately after payment. For any use as a means of payment on the website Alinea, the customer must enter the identification code of his card. This payment can be completed by another payment method if the card balance is insufficient.
The Alinea gift card cannot be exchanged, replaced, refunded, and/or given change, regardless of the reason for the request (including in the event of loss, theft, or if its expiration date has expired).
In the event of loss or theft, the Customer must contact customer service to have it blocked. The Alinea card cannot be paid for using an Alinea card.

La carte cadeau Alinea ne peut pas faire l’objet d’un échange, d’un remplacement, d’un remboursement et/ou d’un rendu de monnaie, quel que soit le motif de la demande (y compris en cas de perte, de vol ou de dépassement de sa date de validité).
En cas de perte ou de vol, le Client devra se rapprocher du service client pour en permettre le blocage. La carte Alinea ne peut être réglée grâce à une carte alinea.
